Chris is amazing at what he does! My teenagers go to him for their sports injuries, and he’s helped them recover every time. Even though he rmoved from Ajax to Scarborough, we still make the trip to see him—it’s absolutely worth the drive. I highly recommend Chris.

I came to GoodSheppard Physiotherapy with really bad neck pain, and I'm so glad I did. They were friendly, professional and really knew what they were doing. They explained things in a way I could understand. After a few sessions my neck feels so much better, and I can sleep and move without pain. All of the personnel at Good Sheppard were excellent and attentive to your needs.  Extremely polite.  Paulinal explained the issues that was being treated and the treatment procedure.

A friend of mine had been suffering from one-sided back pain for a year. He was unable to do any work due to the pain. I took him to GoodSheppard Physiotherapy clinic, where Chris examined his back and explained the nature of the pain, detailing which areas of the body were affected. We were both surprised because he had consulted other doctors who just advised him to rest, but the pain was increasing daily.

After a few treatments, Chris provided him with some exercises, and now he is completely better. He has also returned to work.
